The HealthyLife mobile app, despite a rich feature set, was struggling with user retention. Feedback indicated a cluttered interface and confusing navigation led to users abandoning the app after initial onboarding. The primary goal was to redesign the app with a user-centered approach to simplify navigation, enhance personalization, and introduce elements to boost engagement, all while maintaining a calming and supportive user experience.

This foundational work led to the development of new user personas and detailed journey maps. Based on these insights, the information architecture and critical user flows were completely redesigned. A new, clean user interface was crafted with a strong focus on accessibility. Interactive prototypes were built and rigorously validated with users before any development began.
